Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms govern the use of Stilnote (the "Service"), operated by Stilnote ApS, Danish business registration no. (CVR) 45863166 ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. The Service

Stilnote is a tool for interior architects and designers that lets you build a material library, organise products into projects and rooms, and export price lists as PDFs. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and data

You own the content you upload to Stilnote (images, product data, project files). We store your data securely and do not share it with third parties unless necessary to provide the Service. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

5. Content and copyright

As a user, you are solely responsible for the content you upload, share or otherwise make available through Stilnote — including product images, descriptions, logos and other materials.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload, or that your use is lawful under applicable law.

Stilnote does not monitor or approve user-uploaded content, and we accept no liability for any infringement of third-party rights.

6. Trademarks and third-party content

Stilnote displays product data, images and trademarks belonging to third parties (including but not limited to HAY, Fritz Hansen, Muuto, Louis Poulsen, &Tradition, Ferm Living, Carl Hansen & Søn and GUBI) for the purpose of helping users identify and organise products in their interior design projects.

All trademarks, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. Stilnote is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the brands mentioned, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product data, including prices, dimensions and images, is retrieved from publicly available sources and may differ from the manufacturer's current information. Stilnote does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.

7. Stilnote's role as a tool

Stilnote serves as a digital working tool for interior architects and designers. The platform provides functionality for organising, presenting and sharing product information.

Content uploaded to or generated through the platform remains the user's responsibility. Stilnote acts solely as a technical host for the user's working materials.

8. Copyright inquiries

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on Stilnote infringes your rights, please contact us at info@stilnote.com with a description of the content in question and documentation of the basis of your rights.

We process all inquiries as quickly as possible and remove content that infringes third-party rights.

9. Payment

Stilnote costs DKK 179 per month including VAT, or DKK 1,700 per year including VAT with annual billing. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period (month or year) unless cancelled before the end of the current period. New users are offered a free trial period. We reserve the right to change the price with at least 30 days' notice. Any price changes will be communicated by email.

10. Disclaimer of liability

We strive to keep the Service available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss or third-party services.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
