Stilnote is a digital tool for interior designers. You build a personal product library, organize products into projects and rooms, and export professional price lists as PDFs — automatically in the format you already use today.

Stilnote is designed for independent interior architects and designers in Denmark who work with material lists and price lists for their clients.

There are three ways: (1) From a URL — paste a product link and Stilnote automatically extracts name, price and image. (2) Manually — create products in your library. (3) File import — upload Excel, CSV or PDF with product data.

URL import works with most Danish and international online stores. It automatically extracts product name, price, image and dimensions. If a site uses advanced technology (SPA), an AI fallback kicks in to find the data.

Yes. You can upload Excel (.xlsx), CSV and PDF files with product data. Stilnote automatically recognizes the columns and lets you review the products before saving them.

Yes. URL import works with most online stores — Danish, Nordic and international. Stilnote automatically fetches product name, price, dimensions and image. If an online store uses unusual technology, Stilnote has an AI fallback that finds the product data in the vast majority of cases.

Yes. You can import products from IKEA.dk by pasting a product link. Stilnote automatically fetches product data and image. It works with most IKEA product pages.

Stilnote has a growing catalog of Danish and international design brands, including HAY, Fritz Hansen, Muuto, Louis Poulsen, &Tradition, Ferm Living, Carl Hansen & Søn and GUBI. You can also import products from any other online store via URL import.

You can try Stilnote for free with up to 50 products in total and unlimited projects. The 50 products are a lifetime quota — deleting a product does not free up a new slot. After that, Stilnote costs 179 kr/month incl. VAT per user — or 1,700 kr/year (save 20%) with annual billing. This includes an unlimited product library, PDF export with your logo, AI features and a client page.

Go to your project and click "Publish". You can download a PDF that is automatically formatted with your brand colors, logo and typography. The PDF contains product tables per room with images, dimensions, prices and totals.

Yes. Under your profile, you can set brand colors, logo and fonts. The PDF export automatically uses your brand settings, so the price lists match your visual identity.

Stilnote supports five product types: Furniture, Lamps, Materials, Plants and Decoration. Each type has specialized fields — for example light source and CRI for lamps, or botanical name and care instructions for plants.

Yes. You can download the PDF and send it to your client, or publish your project as an interactive webpage and share a link directly.

Yes. When you publish your project, a link to a client page is generated. Your client can see products, prices and an overview without logging in or creating an account.

Yes. You can share projects with colleagues and collaborate in real time. Each user has their own account, and you can work in the same projects and product libraries.

Yes. In addition to automatic import via URL, you can manually upload images for any product in your library. This is useful for custom-ordered products or products from suppliers without an online store.

Prices are imported in the currency shown by the online store. You can always edit the price manually after import if you want to convert it to another currency.

Stilnote runs in the browser, so you can open it on your computer, tablet and phone without downloading anything. The app is built primarily for desktop, though — on your phone it's best for looking up products and projects, while the actual work is best done on a large screen. A dedicated iPhone app is also in development.

Stilnote is designed primarily for desktop, since working with material lists and price lists requires a large screen. You can access the platform from a tablet or phone, but some features are limited — moodboards, for example, can only be edited on a tablet or computer. We recommend desktop for the best experience.

In Excel, you type product data manually, wrestle with images that shift the layout, and format PDFs by hand. In Stilnote, you paste a link, and product name, price, dimensions and image are imported automatically. You export a professional PDF with your logo and automatically calculated totals — in a minute instead of an hour.

Your projects and products remain accessible. You can still log in and see your data. You lose access to paid features such as branded PDF export and the client page, but your data is not deleted.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. You have full control over your data and can delete your account at any time.
