1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember your preferences and to ensure that the service works correctly.
2. Necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the service to function. They do not require consent.

3. Functional cookies
We store your cookie consent in the browser's localStorage (cookie-consent). Technically this is not a cookie, but it works in the same way.
In the same place the app stores a number of preferences you choose yourself (keys prefixed stilnote-) — for example which columns you show and which folders are expanded. They never leave your browser and are not used for tracking.
Third-party fonts
The app's own fonts are hosted by us. On the Company page and on client pages, the studio's chosen brand fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare. They set no cookies, but your IP address is sent to the provider when the page loads — see the privacy policy.
4. Analytics cookies (require consent)
If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we use PostHog to understand how Stilnote is used — for example which pages are visited. PostHog may also record how you use the app (clicks, scrolling and what is on screen) as a replay we can review to fix bugs and improve Stilnote. Data is processed on PostHog's servers in the EU. If you choose "Necessary only", PostHog is never loaded. Shared client pages (share links) never contain analytics cookies.

5. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please note that blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from using Stilnote.
